Mohsen is Certified Board Member and an accomplished CFO, with more than 24 years in corporate finance, operations and, accounting out of them there are 11 years of executive management experience. He has worked extensively with distressed corporations, and is a hands-on problem solver, adept at risk management and mitigation, with substantive negotiation and team-building skills. As a CFO with emerging, growth and mid-market companies Mohsen’s experience spans everything from helping to launch startup enterprises to successful turnaround engagements. Mohsen has deep experience in Financial Restructuring, Re-Engineering, cash management, resource allocation, and long-term strategic planning. He is known as a quick study with a passion for his work and pride himself on getting more done with less, from there he moved into diversity of companies’ board of directors as an independent board of director member & chair of the audit committees. For more than seven years Mohsen has held a number of positions as both CFO & independent board of director member across a range of industries. Mohsen reengineered the finance departments, sited cash management process was instrumental in helping to rebuild and reposition the companies.
